- Not have passed the official exam before submitting your refund request
- Submit your request within 30 days
- Provide proof of your official exam result
- Provide completed coursework
- Provide feedback
Refunds are granted only if all conditions are met.
When the Guarantee Does Not Apply
- Course not completed
- Flashcards not completed
- Practice exams not passed
- Official exam not taken
- Official exam already passed
- Request made after 30 days
- Missing documentation
Payment Terms
- No cancellations outside guarantee
- All payments are final after 30 days
- You are responsible for full payment
Templates Refund Policy (14 Days)
- Request within 14 days
- Provide specific feedback
- Provide supporting evidence if needed
Refunds are not granted for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.
6. Intellectual Property
