  • Take the official exam
  • Not have passed the official exam before submitting your refund request
  • Submit your request within 30 days
  • Provide proof of your official exam result
  • Provide completed coursework
  • Provide feedback

Refunds are granted only if all conditions are met.


When the Guarantee Does Not Apply

  • Course not completed
  • Flashcards not completed
  • Practice exams not passed
  • Official exam not taken
  • Official exam already passed
  • Request made after 30 days
  • Missing documentation

Payment Terms

  • No cancellations outside guarantee
  • All payments are final after 30 days
  • You are responsible for full payment

Templates Refund Policy (14 Days)

  • Request within 14 days
  • Provide specific feedback
  • Provide supporting evidence if needed

Refunds are not granted for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.


6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Archiroots. You may not copy, distribute, or use content commercially.


7. User Content

13. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
