Why companies train their own LEED APs
A LEED v5 project earns 1 point when at least one principal participant of the project team is a LEED AP with a specialty that fits the project (the LEED AP credit). Many proposals also ask for LEED APs on the team. With trained staff, the firm can claim that point and run the LEED documentation in house.

Week one: the simplified training, about 30 minutes a day. Week two: one practice exam a day plus flashcard review. Team members go at their own pace on the on-demand plans; live cohorts follow a schedule we set together.
$327 per user for teams of 2 to 4 and $297 per user for teams of 5 to 10. Every user gets all five courses with the practice exams and flashcards. Larger teams and live private cohorts get a quote, and exam fees are paid separately to GBCI.
